"David Hockney changed the world just by looking at it". That was one of many tributes in The Guardian about the life of pop artist David Hockney, this one written by Jonathan Jones. Hockney's art of Southern California—especially the swimming pools—has been a favorite topic of the show over the years; the Bradford-born artist passed away on June 11 of this year.
I guarantee you that our players—likely not having been aware of the Dolly Parton category a couple of weeks back—would have been on very high alert for a clue about Dolly in this Final Jeopardy Round.

Andy's Thoughts:
It bothers me greatly that I have to keep saying this following sentence: J.K. Rowling is currently actively using the continued cultural relevance of the Harry Potter as a cudgel to harm the transgender community and corporations who are promoting the Harry Potter franchise are actively complicit in this harm. It is the active use of the cultural relevance as a barometer for public acceptance of her viewpoints that is the reason why people keep calling for there to be no questions about this topic in competitive trivia, and why the removal of questions about other historically bad people is not being called for. Every single clue about the Harry Potter franchise on Jeopardy! does further harm—and this is incredibly disappointing from a production that is otherwise incredibly friendly towards the transgender community. Due to that, if they do appear, I am choosing to refuse to publish today's J!6 clues on this site out of protest.
Final Jeopardy! wagering suggestions:
(Scores: Greg $25,600 Megan $8,600 Daniel $6,600)
Greg: Limit your bet to $8,399 and enjoy your victory. (Actual bet: $3,400)
Daniel: Second place is still up for grabs here. Because your score is between three-quarters and four-fifths of Megan, your best chance of taking second comes with a bet between $2,001 and $2,599. (Actual bet: $2,400)
Megan: Second place is still to play for. Standard cover bet over Daniel is $4,601. (Actual bet: $4,601)
