Warning: This page contains spoilers for the September 2, 2026, first game of Jeopardy! Masters — please do not scroll down if you wish to avoid being spoiled. It will be updated alongside the Eastern Time airing of the show, beginning at about 8:00 PM Eastern.
This game's Jeopardy! Masters contestants:
Andrew enters this game with a 18-21 career win-loss record and 2 points thus far in the tournament. Juveria enters this game with a 10-15 career win-loss record and 3 points thus far in the tournament. Paolo enters this game with a 13-5 career win-loss record and 7 points thus far in the tournament.
Andy's Pregame Thoughts:
As Jeopardy! Masters reaches the last episode of the quarterfinals, we will soon be dropping from 6 players to 4. What we do know is that Paolo Pasco has clinched a spot in the semis. Both Juveria Zaheer and Andrew He need to win this game to have a chance at advancing (and either would need help in the second game to make it through). With this being Juveria's final Masters at this time, this could very well be the final time we see Juveria on the Alex Trebek Stage.
Here's what the Unified Prediction Model thinks about this game:
Paolo: 32.7% chance of winning, 34.8% chance of finishing second;
Juveria: 32.7% chance of winning, 33.6% chance of finishing second;
Andrew: 34.6% chance of winning, 31.6% chance of finishing second.
One more thing that I want to say: I honestly believe that everyone in the competition has enough respect for everyone else's skill, and they all know that anyone in the field is capable of beating anyone else in the field. Thus, I am confident that everyone in this game will be playing their absolute best in this game.
