More Information About Final Jeopardy!:
(The following write-up is original content and is copyright 2026 The Jeopardy! Fan. It may not be copied without linked attribution back to this page.)
Because it was essentially a "never ending day", 1993's Groundhog Day received the title "Un Jour Sans Fin" in France, as "Groundhog Day" is not generally observed in that country.
This feels like a relatively straightforward Final Jeopardy clue, as long as one is familiar with the film and can make a general literal translation to "A Day Without End".
