Here’s today’s Final Jeopardy (in the category Websites) for Tuesday, June 24, 2025 (Season 41, Game 207):

A 2006 WSJ article described this website as having “row after row of blue…hyperlinks & nary another color or graphic in sight”

(correct response beneath the contestants)

Today’s Jeopardy! contestants:

Micah Fritz, a teacher from Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Micah Fritz on Jeopardy!

Nicholas Moline, an attorney from Mooresville, Indiana

Nicholas Moline on Jeopardy!

Emily Croke, a stay-at-home mom from Denver, Colorado (1-day total: $13,201)

Emily Croke on Jeopardy!

Andy’s Pregame Thoughts:

Our carousel of one-day champions continues on Jeopardy!, with Emily Croke occupying the champion’s lectern today; she’s the 7th different champion in as many days. We’re still quite a ways away from our record, though—13 or 14 (depending on how Priscilla Ball’s return in 2009 is tracked). Both Nicholas Moline and Micah Fritz would certainly like that streak to continue, but I definitely think that the prediction model might underrate Emily—especially after she got what I thought was a difficult Final Jeopardy correct yesterday to seal her victory.

One of many “Zen and the Art of…” headlines that the Wall Street Journal has used over the years, “Zen and the Art of Classified Advertising” describes Craigslist, an online classified advertisements website founded in 1995 for the San Francisco Bay Area, but within a few years began expanding to other U.S. and Canadian cities. It was very well known for its minimalist design, with very few graphics and just text—much like a newspaper classifieds section would be.

Honestly, I’m hoping to see at least one contestant guess Reddit here—especially as Reddit’s founders sold the site to Condé Nast in 2006—just to hear some variation of “I’m sorry, Reddit is wrong.”

In order to redesign our merchandise area to serve you better in 2026, all merchandise sales have been temporarily taken offline. Look for a return in late 2026! All previous orders will still be supported.

Jeopardy! Round:

(Categories: Florida History; Chapter & Non-Verse; Look What The Cat Dragged In; Scammers; All Kinds Of Sports; Add A Letter)

In an opening segment littered with incorrect responses, everyone was still very close to $0 at the interviews. After 15 clues, the scores were Micah $400 Nicholas $200 Emily -$200.

Statistics at the first break (15 clues):

Micah 5 correct 4 incorrect
Nicholas 1 correct 1 incorrect
Emily 2 correct 2 incorrect

Today’s interviews:

Micah started a Milwaukee bathroom review Instagram account.
Nicholas had a bear encounter at Grand Teton National Park.
Emily once fell asleep in a Black Hawk helicopter.

This segment saw more in the way of Triple Stumpers, but everyone was within $600 after 30 clues.

Statistics after the Jeopardy round:

Micah 9 correct 4 incorrect
Emily 5 correct 2 incorrect
Nicholas 4 correct 1 incorrect

Scores after the Jeopardy! Round:

Micah $2,200
Emily $1,800
Nicholas $1,600

Double Jeopardy! Round:

(Categories: Colorful Geography; Global Music; Aviation Glossary; Movie Title Professions; Words About Nerds; Living Dolls)

The Daily Doubles proved crucial today; Emily lost $5,000 on hers, Micah gained $3,000 on his, and Micah cruised to a runaway.

Statistics after Double Jeopardy:

Micah 19 correct 4 incorrect
Emily 15 correct 3 incorrect
Nicholas 4 correct 1 incorrect
Total number of unplayed clues this season: 40 (0 today).

Scores going into Final:

Micah $15,200
Emily $6,800
Nicholas $1,600

This Final Jeopardy was a Triple Stumper; disappointingly, Ken didn’t say “Reddit is wrong” when ruling Emily incorrect. Micah’s your latest in the carousel of champions; will he break the streak tomorrow?

Tonight’s results:

Nicholas $1,600 – $0 = $1,600 (What is Google?)
Emily $6,800 – $0 = $6,800 (What is Reddit?)
Micah $15,200 – $1,000 = $14,200 (What is Wikipedia? Hi Grandma!) (1-day total: $14,200)
