More information about Final Jeopardy:
Sumo is a Japanese form of wrestling; the object is to force the opponent out of the ring or have him touch the ground with anything other than the soles of his feet. It is a sport steeped in many centuries-old traditions in Japan.
A low center of gravity makes it more difficult for your opponent to move you (or for them to topple you over.)
Gaburi-yori is a move where you push your opponent with your torso; the uwate-dashinage sees you pull your opponent forward and down.
