Correct response: What is The Da Vinci Code?

More information about Final Jeopardy:

The Da Vinci Code, a 2003 best-seller by Dan Brown, follows Brown’s character Robert Langdon becoming involved in a battle between The Priory of Sion and Opus Dei after a murder in the Louvre; the two groups in the book are quarreling over the alternative religious theory that the Merovingian line of French kings was descended from Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene. Post-publication, it was very negatively received by the Catholic church.

The book was later made into a 2006 film starring Tom Hanks and Audrey Tautou.

Since Alex Trebek’s diagnosis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer, many community members have been raising money. The Jeopardy! Fan Online Store is as well!
