Andy’s Pregame Thoughts: As someone who grew up in Ontario, I always associated Tavistock with cheese – the Tavistock Cheese brand is now owned by Saputo. That small town of 7,000 just west of Kitchener can now add Scott Shewfelt to things it’s known for. Scott will definitely need to cut back on the incorrect responses (he had 4 in the main game) in order to have a better chance of victory today.
(And, speaking of cheese, Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers begins his hosting stint on Monday.)

Venezuela’s Angel Falls were discovered accidentally in 1933; Jimmie Angel was searching for ore in the region when the Falls were discovered. The falls have a height of 3,212 feet (979 metres) and has an uninterrupted fall of 2,648 feet (807 metres). It is both the tallest waterfall and the largest drop in the world. Upon returning to the falls in 1937 by plane, Angel’s plane got stuck in the marshy ground and his travelling party needed 11 days on foot to return to civilization.
For those newer to Jeopardy: The show definitely likes to use the word “Eponymous”; it generally means “named after a specific person” in this context.
