More information about Final Jeopardy:
The two volcanoes form the island of Ometepe which rises from the lake. Concepcion is the active volcano on the northwest half of the island, with its most recent eruption in 2010.
Playing this clue along at home, “Central American Geography” and “shares its name with a country” led me straight to Lake Nicaragua, from a “what else could it be?” perspective, as Lake Nicaragua is easily the largest lake in Central America, and cracks the list of largest lakes in North America.
