Looking to find out who won Jeopardy! tonight? Did you miss the Galapagos Great Escape Sweepstakes secret word? Today’s Jeopardy! results and secret word will go up on this page late afternoon, with full stats early to late evening. They will be seen in the comments section at the bottom of this page.

The ubiquitous 3x3x3 Rubik’s Cube was invented in the mid-1970s by Ernő Rubik at Budapest’s Academy of Applied Arts and Crafts. “Bűvös kocka” is the translation of “Magic Cube”. Because Ideal Toy Co. wanted a recognisable name to trademark for its release, it was renamed the Rubik’s Cube (“Rubik-kocka” in Hungarian).

In a speed-cubing competition, Feliks Zemdegs of Australia solved a standard 3x3x3 cube in 4.73 seconds. Zemdegs’ record for the 4x4x4 cube is 21.24 seconds.
