Andy’s Pregame Thoughts:

Our final game of the day features the Cozy Trivia Crew, The Anibrainiacs, and Running Up That Chili.

One thing I would like to say is that I really think that Colin Jost is a great host of the Pop Culture version; this format really allows him to shine. That being said, his hosting is definitely well-suited to the extra time (25-30 minutes) that the streaming format allows. If he were forced into having to fit a show into the 20 minutes of syndication, though, I don’t think it would go over nearly as well—and the show’s fans would undoubtedly stage an open revolt against Sony if Colin Jost were to host the mainline Jeopardy! show.

DAMN. is a critically-acclaimed 2017 Kendrick Lamar album—in fact, the album won Lamar a Pulitzer Prize for Music. The story in the clue was told in the album’s final track, “Duckworth”; Top Dawg (who then went on to own Kendrick Lamar’s record label) was a known robber at the time in real life; however, Ducky would give Top Dawg extra biscuits every time the robber came in to KFC. This caused Top Dawg to spare Ducky, which Lamar would then claim led to the start of his own music career through the circumstances.
