This game's Jeopardy! Masters contestants:
Paolo enters this game with a 13-8 career win-loss record and 0 points thus far in the semifinals. Yogesh enters this game with a 19-20 career win-loss record and 2 points thus far in the semifinals. Andrew enters this game with a 20-22 career win-loss record and 3 points thus far in the semifinals.
Andy's Pregame Thoughts:
Victoria Groce, the #1 seed, sits out of this one; she had already clinched her spot in the finals through two semifinal gamess. Obviously, the results of the first game will make it clear what needs to happen in this game for our three players—#2 seed Yogesh Raut, #3 seed Paolo Pasco, and #4 seed Andrew He. One thing is clear, though: all three players control their own destiny and will guarantee a spot in the finals with a victory.
What does the Unified Prediction Model think?
Yogesh: 36.3% chance of winning, 35.3% chance of finishing second;
Andrew: 33.1% chance of winning, 31.0% chance of finishing second;
Paolo: 30.6% chance of winning, 33.7% chance of finishing second.

Andy's Thoughts:
- Here's the thing: I can make wagering suggestions for these games, but the players are all using so much second- and third-order strategy in these wagers at this point, trying to outmaneuver each other, that I don't want to come across as critical. I will say, though, that the strategies used here don't really translate to regular play as much.
