Andy’s Pre-Game Thoughts:

I would not be at all surprised if Semifinal #2 tonight is as close as Semifinal #1 last night; tonight’s features W. Kamau Bell, Sean Gunn, and Steven Weber. All three players are extremely evenly matched and any of our three players are capable of victory.

Now, there’s one thing I want to point out: the quarterfinalists were moved to semifinals in order of when their quarterfinals were taped. As per the episode numbers listed over at The Futon Critic, Katie’s and Mina’s quarterfinals were taped first and second, Sean’s and Steven’s third and fourth, and Patton’s and Mira’s fifth and sixth.

While tonight’s game airs at 8:00 (7:00 Central) as normal on ABC, if you are Canadian: check your local listings. Because CTV has other programming it runs on Wednesday and Thursday night, tonight’s game is airing on CTV Halifax at 8:00 PM Atlantic (one hour earlier than normal), 10:00 PM Eastern in Toronto and Montreal, 9:00 PM in Winnipeg, 10:00 PM in Regina, 8:00 PM in Calgary and Edmonton, and 10:00 PM in Vancouver. Because my home market here at The Jeopardy! Fan in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador gets the CTV Halifax feed, today’s results will be posted at the conclusion of the airing on that channel.
