The Jeopardy! Fan’s prediction model, taking into account each player’s quarterfinal and semifinal, has given the following predicted chances of winning for each player:
Ike Barinholtz: 39.319%
Wil Wheaton: 23.855%
Patton Oswalt: 36.826%
Today’s game will come down to the Daily Doubles (and potentially Final Jeopardy). With six Daily Doubles in play, absolutely anything can happen. The numbers do show that Ike probably has the best overall knowledge base of the three players tonight, but as was demonstrated in Patton’s semifinal, that can only go so far if another player gets to the Daily Doubles. I’m expecting to see an exciting game that comes down to the very last question tonight, and I hope I’m not disappointed.
